About Rachel

Rachel Woods is licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut and specializes in commercial and residential real estate law, including conveyancing, commercial and residential leasing, complex title matters, and financing. Since joining Egan, Flanagan & Cohen in 2022, Rachel has been instrumental in guiding clients through a wide variety of transactional matters. With deep roots in Western Massachusetts, she enjoys building lasting client relationships and utilizes her local expertise to deliver a seamless and personalized real estate experience.

Rachel was raised in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, and graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University in 2019, where she was captain of the women’s lacrosse team.

Rachel graduated from Western New England University School of Law in May 2022. While attending Western New England, Rachel participated in the Real Estate Clinic, which sparked her interest in real estate law. She excelled in this area and went on to serve as a Teaching Assistant for the Real Estate Clinic the following year. In addition, Rachel received the CALI: Excellence for the Future Award in Municipal Land Use Law.

Rachel is a member of the Hampden County Deputy Sheriff’s Association as well as the Hampden County Bar Association, and she serves as a board member for the New Lawyer’s Section.

Rachel lives in Longmeadow with her husband and their dog Arya, and in her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, and coaching lacrosse.
