About Henry

Henry has been providing legal services and counsel to businesses and individuals throughout Massachusetts since 1986. He became a sole practitioner in 1992, a decision that proved invaluable in furthering his philosophy of combining expert legal knowledge and training with a practical, first-hand understanding of the challenges facing small businesses.

In February 2026, Henry joined Egan, Flanagan and Cohen P.C., where he continues to practice while also mentoring associates, drawing on decades of experience to support the professional development of younger attorneys.

General Corporate Law:

  • Business formation, mergers, acquisitions, sales, reorganizations and dissolutions.
  • Corporate planning, buy/sell agreements, compensation and voting agreements, consulting and non-competition agreements.
  • Commercial financing.

Real Estate:

  • Acquisition, sale, financing and refinancing of residential and commercial real estate.
  • Lease drafting and negotiation including solar farm leasing.
  • Zoning and land use issues.

Trusts and Estates:

  • Preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and health care proxies.
  • Related counseling in areas of probate vs. non-probate assets and “living” or inter-vivos trusts.
  • Planning for distribution and management of closely held business and real estate assets.
  • Estate settlement and distribution.
