Lauren attended in her official capacity as a member of the Massachusetts Clients’ Security Board, joining lawyers, judges, and client protection professionals from across the country to discuss emerging issues and best practices in safeguarding the public and maintaining trust in the legal profession.
The ABA National Forum on Client Protection is a leading national conference dedicated to client protection and the promotion of public confidence in and the integrity of the legal profession. The forum provides an opportunity for participants to engage in substantive discussions on topics including lawyer regulation, trust account oversight, claims administration, professional responsibility, and innovations in client protection programs.
As a member of the Massachusetts Clients’ Security Board, Lauren helps oversee matters involving reimbursement claims arising from attorney misconduct and contributes to efforts designed to preserve public confidence in the legal profession.
“Participation in forums like this allows us to learn from colleagues across the country and bring valuable perspectives back to Massachusetts,” Lauren said. “Protecting clients and maintaining the integrity of the profession are responsibilities that require ongoing attention and collaboration.”
The firm is proud of Lauren’s continued service and leadership in the area of client protection and professional responsibility.
