Ted has extensive experience in estate planning and administration, a keen mind and inspiration that he draws from his client relationships. “I believe it is very important to listen carefully to each client and note what is especially important to them.”

Ted recalls the quick response to an issue where he identified a party that should not have been included as an estate beneficiary. Helping the client recognize the error, Ted ensured the documents were executed in the appropriate way. This is just one example of why having an attorney with great experience makes a big difference.

Ted’s community involvement is extensive and includes past membership on the Springfield Planning Board and board membership on Brightside for Families and Children, the South End Community Center and the Mont Marie Health Care Center.

Ted retired as a full time attorney in 2019, but remains Senior Counsel to Egan, Flanagan & Cohen. and continues to advise the firm and clients on Estate Planning issues.
