Mary is part of our real estate team. She offers to our clients extensive knowledge and experience in this area. In residential transactions Mary takes the time with our clients to ensure their understanding of the documents being signed. As a Massachusetts Licensed Real Estate Instructor she shared her knowledge with students enrolled in pre-licensing sales and pre-licensing brokers classes through the Real Estate Association of Pioneer Valley from 2010 through 2015.
Additionally, Mary enjoys a probate administration practice as well as an estate planning practice. In her estate administration practice Mary most often represents personal representatives of estates and guides them through the Probate process. As an estate planner, Mary will provide Last Wills and Testaments, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, and if necessary, Appointments of Guardians of your minor children.
As many areas of law intersect with the practice of real estate, Mary is thankful to be able to offer to her clients the resources available here at Egan, Flanagan and Cohen, P.C.
Mary received her undergraduate degree from Elms College in 1993 and her Juris Doctor degree from Western New England College School of Law in 2004.
