In her real estate practice, Kate assists individuals, corporate entities and Banks with all types of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential purchases, sales, refinances and leasing.
In her trust and estate practice, Kate assists individuals with all aspects of estate planning, including Health Care Proxies, Durable Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts. She also assists local business owners with business succession planning as part of estate planning. She also acts as counsel to Personal Representatives and/or Trustees in connection with the administration of estates and trusts.
In all matters, Kate’s goal is to address her clients’ needs and/or resolve their issues in a legal, moral, practical and cost-effective way.
Kate is currently serving a three-year term as a Hearings Officer for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and she is a member of the Massachusetts and Hampden County Bar Associations. She is also actively involved in her community and in her children’s schools, and she coaches several youth recreational sports teams.
