Joseph A. Pacella has over thirty five years experience in general business, commercial and residential real estate, land use, development, zoning, construction, condominium law, and corporate matters. He has represented Banking Institutions, developers, real estate companies, condominium associations, businesses, corporations and individuals throughout Massachusetts. He has extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction having personally successfully completed numerous large real developments in the area.
Joe is a graduate of Fordham University with a B.A. in Mathematics and Western New England University with the degree of Juris Doctor. He is a member of the Hampden County Bar Association, the Home Builders Association, and the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley. He is also fluent in Italian.
